Green Tea And Diabetes
There was a study on Green Tea And Diabetes that had some great results. The problem is that it was done on rats. Ugh! The study actually had green & black tea that they gave to the rats for 3 months. The study took rats with diabetes and gave them Green Tea to see what would happen. The tea prevented the rats from developing cataracts and also had a blood-sugar-lowering effect. The findings of the study were in the May 4th issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. "Black and Green Tea represent a potentially inexpensive, nontoxic, and, in fact, pleasurable [blood-sugar-lowering] agent,." "Tea may be a simple, inexpensive means of preventing or retarding human diabetes and the ensuing complications." So hows that for you? They said that for you to get the same results and drink the same proportion of tea for the human body size, a 143 pound person would have to drink 4 1/2 8 ounce cups of tea every day. To get maximu effects, make sure to use a high quality Organic Tea. I sell this kind of tea. Check out my Green Tea for Sale page. TJ Chambers Original Article on WebMD
