Green Tea Cake Recipe - All Natural Green Tea Recipes
This is our green tea cake recipe that we are sharing with you. Feel free to change the ingredients of this green tea recipe to fit your taste. Steps:- Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Butter a muffin, 9x13, or 8x12 pan
- Brew 1tbs. of green tea in 2/4c. water. Set aside to cool.
- Sift flour, baking powder, and remaining tea together.
- In a separate bowl (or mixer) whisk eggs until well beaten. Then add sugar. Continue whisking until fully mixed.
- Slowly add half the flour mixture to sugar and eggs. Mix well, then add remaining flour. Be sure that all the flour is completely incorporated and mixed in.
- Add oil and brewed green tea. For a stronger tea flavor don't strain the tea leaves from the tea.
- Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour into the pan. Bake 35-45min. or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10min. Enjoy with your favorite tea.
