Green Tea Tree Picture

Here is a Green Tea tree picture. I am not sure if they are called trees or bushes. They look like bushes to me. I found this picture on the internet but I forgot where. There are a couple guys sitting in the bushes.

One day, I hope to take a trip to see a Green Tea tree farm. It would be really fun to visit one in Japan or China. The Green Tea picture was taken in china. When I get to go, I will be sure to add those pictures on this page for you to see. Add your very own Green Tea tree pictures or videos to this page for everyone to see. Here is a video of one of the last hand picking Green Tea farmers in Uji Japan. This guy planted and grew his own farm. It has both Japanese and English.

It may not make sense that he does the picking by hand. It actually is better that way. The reason it is better is because there is no heat involved. When heat is involved in the processing of tea or any plant, it will burn away the nutrients. It really depends on how hot the temperature is.

This is why pasteurizing is bad. It is good that it kills the bad stuff but it also kills the good stuff.
